Katherine E. Ibarra
Originally from Miami, Katie is a dual degree graduate of Florida State University with degrees in Political Science and Social Work. While attending Florida State University, she simultaneously obtained her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Florida International University. Subsequently, Katie earned her Master’s in Public Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Katie has over sixteen years’ experience specializing in community development districts. At KE Law Group, Katie provides paralegal support for special taxing districts, addressing among other issues, district establishment, boundary amendments, bond validation, bond issuance and financing, contracts, real property issues, procurement (and bid protests), acquisition and conveyance, Sunshine law and public records issues and other local government issues.
