Amy D. Hembree
With over 15 years’ experience in land procurement and construction, Amy offers her leadership skills assisting legal counsel in their representation of large landowners in the planning and establishing of special taxing districts throughout the State of Florida.
Amy has developed collaborative working relationships with attorneys, engineers, district managers, and project teams related to the establishments and boundary amendments of these special taxing districts. These include bond validations and financings, public procurement, public records, contracts, rulemaking, real property, and litigation. She utilizes her previous experience gained as a former paralegal at Hopping Green & Sams P.A., and prior to that as a legal assistant at the St. Joe Company.
As a south Georgia native, Amy enjoys watching her beloved Georgia Bulldogs, walking the beautiful trails of north Florida, and spending time with her two children and her two miniature schnauzers.
